*30 Euro per person will be sponsored if the authors will make reservation more than 2 days of accommodation in conference hotel until 10th June 2020.
**For hotel rooms usage, check in time is after 12:30 p.m, check out is before 11:30 a.m.
Refund Policy: If participants cancel their presentations until 10th October 2020 (10.10.2020) they can get a 75% refund for their payment and bank operating fee will be paid by the participant. Refund is not possible after 10th October.
*If there will be any any cancellation about the event because of global outbreak, the participants can get 100% refund for their payment after bank operating fee.
